Meeting Architecture is gaining momentum and there are good reasons why this is so. One is that organisations want meetings to be more effective, especially in the current financial crisis, when everybody is cutting costs. Good Meeting Design contributes to meeting effectiveness, which is why the new profession of Meeting Architect deserves all the educational attention it needs. A perfect moment, therefore, to organise the first-ever multi-day training in Meeting Architecture: a short and effective summer course, centred around the current state of play and future developments in Meeting Architecture.
MindMeeting, a company specialised in the Meeting Design for effective international meetings, and Maarten Vanneste, author of the successful book Meeting Architecture, have joined forces to make this course a cutting edge experience. The course aims at both students in Meeting Management and Meeting Professionals who want to broaden their scope.
The 3-day programme will give an in-depth introduction on how the Meeting Architect translates Meeting Objectives into an effective design of a Meeting Experience, an inspiring Content Flow, a helpful Facilitation Style and a catalytic Venue Message. Practical work and innovative theoretical insights are combined to serve the purpose of creating an educational dialogue about Meeting Architecture.
The course will take place on 19, 20 and 21 August, 2009. in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Napoli-Caserta, Italy, starting at 10.00 AM.
